The real estate market is great in Summit County. The start of our spring market is happening and lots of great properties are coming on the market. While there is a lot of uncertainty in the world today…the things we are certain of, like a serene hike in the woods or spending time with your family and friends relaxing in front of the fire are things that are never going away!

For Sellers:

1. Start thinking about what your property needs to get on the market. I would be happy to do a free staging consultation for any vacant property anytime just let me know and I can get you our free staging report checklist.
2. Does your property need any updating before it goes on the market? If it needs new paint or carpet or just some handyman work now is a great time to get that done. Vacant properties make it easier to get someone in there. I am happy to send you our list of service providers should you need any recommendations. If you need something that’s not on the list just let us know. We have all the local scoop!
3. If you are wondering about the valuation of your property just let us know. We’re happy to provide a detailed strategic pricing analysis for you anytime. Just ask.

For Buyers:

1. It’s a great time to get your ducks in a row! One of the best things you can do to start on the path to your mountain dream home is to speak with the lender. It doesn’t take long to get a great idea of how much you can or want to spend on your new place. The rates our so low right now is a great time to get a loan.
2. Put together your list of your top three “must haves” and your top three “want to have” for your mountain property. Start to make the dream and the vision more clear to make it a reality!
3. Let us know what you really really want in a property and we will put our detective hats on to find it for you! We know lots of properties that aren’t even in MLS yet or maybe not even on the market. We can help you find what you are dreaming of.
