We hope you are enjoying this beautiful Fall weather! Looks like sunny skies and mild temperatures for the next ten days here in Summit County. Leaves are changing and falling fast, a must see!
A few nights ago it was cold enough for Arapahoe Basin to start snow making!


Here's a quick run down of Summit area ski resorts  
Oh yes we are that much closer to ski season, are you ready? The resorts resorts have started announcing their plans (although things may still change). All resorts require wearing a mask and will have no in-person ticket sales, be sure to check out before heading out.

Aiming to be First! Opening Mid-October
Limited # of season passes
Online only for limited day tickets
No Reservations for Pass Holders
No Beach access this year
Ikon Pass holders will have a reservation system at A-Basin
Keystone Resort:
Opening 11/6/2020
Limited # of Day Lift Tickets
Reservation System
Exclusive early season access and 7 priority days for pass holders
Breckenridge:
Opening 11/13/2020 
Limited # of Day Lift Tickets

Copper Mountain:

Summit County Covid update:

The Basics: Summit County Public Health Order

  • Wear a mask in indoor spaces open to the public; wear a mask outdoors when you cannot maintain 6 feet of physical distancing.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet of distance from individuals who are not members of your immediate household.
  • Stay home if you are sick. Do not go to your workplace or any public spaces.
  • Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly.
  • Get tested if you have COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, headache, body aches, chills, diarrhea, loss of taste/smell).

Case Data as of 9/29/20:

  • Total Cases: 463 | Confirmed: 339 | Probable Cases: 124
  • Hospitalizations and fatal cases have zeroed out for past 2 months
  • Most reported cases 20-29 age group

Summit Schools are back in session. Most students are on a hybrid schedule mixed with some days in person and some at home/online. Some families have chosen to do full remote/online learning only. We are so thankful for our teachers and staff making this happen for our families!
